Our Firm, CLEOPATRA A. DU & CO., CPAs,  is  a team of partners, managers, associates and staff members which established its practice of assurance and non-assurance audit, business outsourcing services, taxation  and consultancy since 1989.  Over the course of our professional practice spanning over 30 years, our business clientele has grown and currently represents various business industries, from manufacturing, tourism business, construction, technical and support services, information technology, offshore petroleum subcontractors, representative offices, trading as well as business processing offices for office support operations, among others, of various multinational and domestic companies in various places in the  Philippines. 

Our Firm started its professional practice as a general partnership under the name of  Du, Nuezca and Associates in 1989.  It became a sole proprietorship in 1996 but with the entry of a partner in 2011, it was converted back into a partnership under its current name, CLEOPATRA A. DU & CO. CPAs.

Firm’s Goals

We aim to be the partner of choice of domestic and multinational companies in  the fields of  assurance audit, accounting, taxation,  consultancy  and other business  requirements by sharing our expertise in achieving their corporate goals and objectives and providing true value service without prejudice to our professional ethics and company values.

Firm’s Structure

At present, the Firm has two senior partners who are both involved in the operations of the Company.

The business and affairs of the Firm is managed under the direct supervision of MS. CLEOPATRA A. DU (CAD), who represents the Firm being its Managing Partner.   She also heads the Assurance and Audit division.

Another Senior Partner, MR. EDUARDO ANGELES (ESA), is the  Deputy Managing Partner and the Head of Business Support Services and Special Projects.

Our firm is also complemented with a good number of full time staff and part-time associates who are well equipped to cater to our clients’ requirements.

We also maintain several consultants and have, during the years, established our own alliance network with various government agencies who can assist our clients, whenever necessary.

The partners, associates and staff of the firm are committed to providing  responsive, timely  and high quality services delivered with utmost ethical and professional approach.

Our firm caters to quite a number of multinational and domestic corporations engaged in various industries such as : manufacturing, construction, telecommunication, trading, exports, agriculture, manpower services, legal offices, food industry, pharmaceuticals, educational institutions, realty, business process outsourcing, tourism businesses, information technology, offshore petroleum  subcontractors and multinational branches and representative offices, among others.

Our employees  are always encouraged to  work as a team in all activities including community service and celebrations  and to  foster positive attitude and relationships, commitment, teamwork and camaraderie among all team members, regardless of position.  They are always reminded to conduct themselves in the most professional manner not only in the office but most especially, in their client dealings, always inculcating in them  that  their performances, actions  and clients dealings  should mirror what  the Firm’s values  represents in the business industry which are characterized by  respect, integrity, professionalism and passion to their work.

For the employees to perform and deliver good performances, a clear direction and leadership is to be established.  We ensure that the employees are given a clear understanding of their roles, functions, responsibilities and assignments from the start of their employment and as well as in regular performance assessment monitoring.  This is also coupled by accountability, integrity checks, self-assessment,  dedication to work and commitment to accomplish work assignments. 

We maintain an open communication and transparency  among all team members as we believe that it is the foundation to our Firm’s good performance, as a whole.   However, respect to seniority and positions are advised and to be tactful  and ethical while voicing opinions during meetings and informal discussions.  

We acknowledge and reward good performances, dedication and contributions to the Firm’s accomplishments by giving them performances bonuses, annual salary increase based on performances, employee benefits  and overseas or domestic company outings, among others.  However, the Firm also do not tolerate misdeeds and violations to our Code of Employee C Conduct and Discipline.
